You may return items that are damaged, defective (before delivery) or wrong delivery.

You are required to return any excesses in the event of overlanded delivery within 7 working days from the day you received your purchased item. In case of shortlanding, please notify us within 7 working days from the day you received your purchase items.


You have 7 working days to return any item purchased on from the day you received your purchased item.

To be eligible for a return, your item:

  • must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  
  • must be in the original packaging.  
  • need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and accordingly notify the vendor. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment for the returned item

You will receive the refund within 7 working days, depending on your original payment policies.
