3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. Use of Platform

You agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, illegal trade, or actions that may harm Demerch.com.

Content posted (e.g., product descriptions, images) must not violate intellectual property rights or laws.

Demerch.com reserves the right to remove inappropriate listings or suspend accounts.

5. Product Listings & Transactions

Sellers are responsible for ensuring accuracy of listings (description, price, stock).

Buyers agree to provide valid delivery details when placing orders.

Demerch.com facilitates payments between buyers and sellers, deducting platform fees/commissions where applicable.

6. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed securely via cards, mobile money, or bank transfers.

Demerch.com may charge transaction and service fees.

Payouts to sellers are subject to successful order completion and return/refund policies.

7. Returns & Refunds

Buyers are covered under the Demerch Return Policy.

Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on payment providers.

Sellers are required to honor valid return claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

Demerch.com acts as a marketplace and is not the manufacturer or direct seller of products.

We are not liable for product defects, damages, or losses caused by third-party sellers.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (logo, brand, design) belongs to Demerch.com.

Users may not reproduce or distribute content without prior consent.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraudulent activity

Policy violations

Misuse of buyer/seller information

Illegal or harmful practices

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ghana, with jurisdiction under Ghanaian courts.
